The reason why I watched the anime is that because of the number of people talking about this series on the streets. I heard this series on youtube when people on there talked about this anime saying that this is one of the classics. So, for this couple of months, I decided to watch the anime and this is what I noticed about the series.
It is an anime about polygamy
In this anime, you have to at least date tall the girls in this world, because if you don’t, the world will end. There is this thing called spirits that destroy everything in its sight unless you have to tame them for them to not destroy things. Of course, these spirits are all girls that head over heels for the protagonist of the story. One spirit girl likes food, the other one is the thirsty kudere type, the other one is the protagonist's little sister, the other ones a loli, and the twins.
If this sounds rather not as tame as you read because it is. This is only the tip of the iceberg. If this sounds very polygamy thing because it is. You have to have romantic tension on these girls on the story just to make them not destroy things and this in my opinion is serve or made toward, probably male in their 13’s type kinda appealing to. The harem elements of the show aim towards this age demographic. In all honesty, I couldn't care less, as long as the plot is really good. If you saw the plot of this show you will think for yourself, that there isn’t a good plot on this show, or less there is little character development in the story. It is really simple at best and aimed towards this age group that I am not part of. But I ended up watching the whole series, I don’t know why to be honest.
Kurumi is my favorite character
For those of you who don’t know who is Kurumi was. She was a spirit same as all other girls in the series. But she is one of a kind type of character in the story. Her character development is from a character that is forgettable because of the bland yandere-esk type of personality to very appealing and interesting characters in all of the girls.
The things about this character are not just her very interesting smile when going on the battlefield but the part when she is a girl that is only in love with the protagonist. Her time travel ability is also pretty interesting in my opinion. She is an interesting character overall. I also liked her character dress and colors design. From her yellow clocked– esk eye to her gothic lady-esk dress. Out of all the characters, I found her the most interesting.
