This episode has a funny scene where he controls the police. When he wants them to fight, they fight. When he wants them to have an orgy they do it. That is the power of nimbus, not only he is the king of the ocean but also he controls the police.

He Cleary has a large wiener as you can see on the image below. He exposes his dong whenever he is on screen. This wiener is also used by beth and jerry. Whenever he cast his dong, the oceans command and obey it. His penis is large
He is ricks arch nemesis
Rick was his arch-nemesis. This surprises me that rick treated him well. They even made the finest wine just to empress nimbus. I don’t know but seems to me that nimbus was ricks best friend. He even knows rick's wife and brings her to the conversation.
This episode was dumb and hilarious. Don’t watch this show.
